The Server position at Arrow Senior Living’s Fremont community in Springfield, MO, is a part-time opportunity with a starting wage of $15 per hour. Working primarily on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, this role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents. Additionally, the Server acts as an 'Appetite Anthropologist,' observing and reporting any changes in residents' eating habits or meal attendance to supervisors and wellness staff. This role requires standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents with mobility throughout shifts, making it physically engaging.

Prospective candidates must be at least 16 years old, proficient in English communication at an eighth-grade level or higher, and display a genuinely positive and energetic attitude toward resident care. The physical demands of the position require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents in various movements, including standing, sitting, and walking. Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
