Job Description
LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC is a dynamic leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for redefining the concept of hospitality through its innovative and layered destinations that foster meaningful connections among people. This distinguished company has earned a reputation for operating award-winning hotels and social clubs that are not only immersive and dynamic but also deeply attuned to the unique cultures of their surrounding communities. LEFT LANE Hospitality's approach prioritizes genuine care and creative engagement, fostering an environment where both guests and team members experience warmth and curiosity throughout every interaction. This commitment to excellence is part of why the company has become a prominent name within the hospitality landscape.
A hallmark of LEFT LANE Hospitality Group is its flagship property, Hotel Bardo Savannah, which opened in 2024. This exceptional hotel has quickly garnered attention as one of the most notable new openings in the hospitality world, receiving accolades such as being recognized among the Best New Hotels in the World by Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure. Additionally, Hotel Bardo Savannah's commitment to quality and experience was further underscored by earning the inaugural Michelin Key designation. LEFT LANE Hospitality Group is slated to expand its impressive portfolio with the upcoming launch of Recess Hotel & Club in the fall of 2026. This innovative lifestyle hotel and social clubhouse will transform Savannah’s historic Manger Building into a vibrant "public club," serving as a private clubhouse accessible to all. Featuring 221 guest rooms, coworking spaces, a rooftop pool, a wellness club, a French brasserie, and versatile social spaces, Recess is purposefully crafted to serve as a dynamic hub where locals, members, and travelers can eat, drink, work, play, and connect.
LEFT LANE Hospitality Group continues to grow with over $1.5 billion in projects planned across several key markets, including Savannah, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Providence, Phoenix, and Bozeman. These destinations are carefully designed to offer experiences that blend nostalgia with a forward-thinking mindset, balancing sophistication with approachability. This forward momentum creates exciting opportunities for professionals eager to contribute to a company that is shaping the future of hospitality.
The role of Area Senior Weddings & Events Executive is a unique opportunity to join LEFT LANE Hospitality Group at a pivotal moment. This position will support both the successful, award-winning Hotel Bardo Savannah as well as the highly anticipated opening of Recess Hotel & Club. The Area Senior Weddings & Events Executive will serve as a key commercial leader responsible for driving the strategy and sales efforts focused on weddings and related events at both properties. This includes business development, client engagement, strategic partnerships, and ensuring that all efforts align seamlessly with the brand’s vision and commercial objectives. The role demands excellent relationship management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure the properties’ positioning as premier wedding and social destinations within the market.
This is a leadership role perfect for an experienced professional seeking to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding hospitality group. Team members enjoy generous benefits, including paid time off and holidays, 401(k) matching, comprehensive health and telehealth benefits, discounts on accommodations, dining, retail, and spa experiences, complimentary onsite fitness classes, access to meals in the team member café, and ample opportunities for professional growth within the company’s expanding portfolio.
