The Lehigh Valley IronPigs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, are a renowned Minor League Baseball team based at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The IronPigs are currently seeking a Senior Vice President to join their executive leadership team. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 8-12+ years of leadership experience in sports, entertainment, or related fields
  • Proven success in business development and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and community engagement
  • Experience in strategic planning and operational management

Job Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of leadership experience in sports, entertainment, events, or a related industry
  • Proven success in business development, revenue generation, or organizational leadership
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational and organizational abilities
  • Passion for creating memorable fan experiences and building strong community connections

Job Duties

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives
  • Help guide the overall vision, culture, and operational direction of the organization
  • Provide leadership and mentorship across multiple departments within the front office
  • Support and enhance revenue streams including sponsorship, ticket sales, premium hospitality, events, partnerships as well as food and beverage and catering
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative fan engagement concepts
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and best-in-class event execution
  • Assist with planning and execution of major events hosted at Coca-Cola Park
  • Represent the organization in the community with partners, sponsors, civic leaders, and fans
  • Strengthen the IronPigs brand through meaningful engagement and creative initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture aligned with the IronPigs’ values
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain top industry talent
