The IronPigs are currently seeking a Senior Vice President to join their executive leadership team. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8-12+ years of leadership experience in sports, entertainment, or related fields
- Proven success in business development and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and community engagement
- Experience in strategic planning and operational management

Job Duties
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives
- Help guide the overall vision, culture, and operational direction of the organization
- Provide leadership and mentorship across multiple departments within the front office
- Support and enhance revenue streams including sponsorship, ticket sales, premium hospitality, events, partnerships as well as food and beverage and catering
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative fan engagement concepts
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and best-in-class event execution
- Assist with planning and execution of major events hosted at Coca-Cola Park
- Represent the organization in the community with partners, sponsors, civic leaders, and fans
- Strengthen the IronPigs brand through meaningful engagement and creative initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture aligned with the IronPigs’ values
- Help recruit, develop, and retain top industry talent
