Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Two years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to manage budgets and daily kitchen operations
- Willingness to work full-time on site at Aurora, Colorado
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead, influence, and encourage culinary team members
- Supervise and manage employees and day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain productivity and team cooperation
- Prepare food items and execute requests during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement new culinary concepts and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage guest satisfaction
- Assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations and purchasing
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee development
- Participate in employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Attend meetings and communicate effectively
- Ensure achievement of culinary and budget goals
- Train employees in safety procedures
