The Senior ServiceNow Developer role at Komatsu is a transformational position within the ServiceNow platform team, focused on designing, developing, configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing innovative ServiceNow applications and services. This role is essential in driving the digital transformation of enterprise processes by leveraging data, automation, design thinking, and streamlined workflow solutions. The successful candidate will work within a pro-code development team to deliver new functionality across multiple ServiceNow applications including IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The incumbent is expected to optimize platform performance and scalability continuously, produce thorough documentation including architectural diagrams and technical guides, and conduct training for partners and end users to ensure successful adoption and usage. This role emphasizes ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and emerging technologies, while mentoring junior team members and promoting reusable data models and efficient design solutions.

Job Duties
- Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS
