The Senior Revenue Manager, Branded Hotels role is based within Lighthouse's expanding Commercial Strategy Services (CSS) team, a vital business function responsible for delivering comprehensive commercial strategy solutions. This position plays a critical role in domestic and international expansion efforts by expertly navigating complex brand systems such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt. The Senior Revenue Manager will manage revenue performance across a multi-branded hotel portfolio and maintain strategic alignment with key enterprise stakeholders. Leveraging advanced critical thinking and brand compliance expertise, this role shapes commercial strategy, advocates for client goals, and nurtures strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
The Senior Revenue Manager will analyze, recommend, and implement rate, yield, channel, and e-commerce strategic adjustments for a portfolio of 8 to 15 hotels. They will support or lead revenue calls with hotel ownership, general managers, and directors of sales, acting as a trusted advisor. This position is also responsible for managing relationships with online travel agents, overseeing digital marketing and promotion participation to optimize conversion rates and booking placements. Additionally, they will assist in ad hoc analyses and reporting, contribute to the development of new tools and processes for the team, and ensure adherence to rate parity policy across all booking channels. The role demands strong communication skills, comfort with presenting data and complex analysis, and an ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, hospitality management or related field
- minimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience
- advanced knowledge of at least 3 market-appropriate hotel brands and systems
- experience managing elite, high-profile hotels in dynamic markets
- experience presenting results and findings to ownership and investment groups
- excellent communication skills
- strong understanding of hotel operations
- ability to work in a team environment
- must be proficient in English language including reading, writing, and speaking
- able to prepare reports with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar
- confident and poised presentation skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Analyze, recommend, and implement rate, yield, channel, and e-commerce strategy changes for a portfolio of hotels
- support and/or lead revenue calls with hotel owners, general managers, directors of sales and other key stakeholders
- build and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor for clientele through ongoing revenue calls and ad hoc communication
- present summarized key findings and results to ownership and investment groups
- review Daily Glance reports for each hotel in the portfolio and provide necessary analysis, recommendations, and/or strategy implementations
- help manage Online Travel Agent relationships, digital marketing, and promotion participation to increase conversion and placement for hotel clients
- assist in ad hoc analysis and reports for hotel clients to identify revenue opportunities
- assist or lead development of new tools, reports, and processes for the Lighthouse team
- utilize revenue management reporting and tools to increase room revenue and grow Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) index for a portfolio of 8-15 hotels
- monitor rate parity across all booking channels and ensure straight-line availability to maximize revenue potential
- provide guidance to hotel teams on the latest brand updates and actionable revenue management opportunities
