Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience
  • Experience as a General Manager or similar role in a full-service restaurant
  • Knowledge of P&L management and cost control
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant management
  • Proven track record managing high-volume full-service restaurants
  • Strong understanding of financial management including P&L and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
  • Proficient in scheduling and workforce management software

Job Duties

  • Lead all restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Manage profit and loss statements and oversee financial performance
  • Control costs including labor and inventory to meet targets
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize productivity
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members fostering a positive culture
  • Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence
