Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience
- Experience as a General Manager or similar role in a full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of P&L management and cost control
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record managing high-volume full-service restaurants
- Strong understanding of financial management including P&L and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
- Proficient in scheduling and workforce management software
Job Duties
- Lead all restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Manage profit and loss statements and oversee financial performance
- Control costs including labor and inventory to meet targets
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize productivity
- Train, mentor, and develop team members fostering a positive culture
- Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence
