Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- At least three years experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry
- Understanding of the Washington DC market preferred
- Experience in high volume dining and fine dining background preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word
- Proficiency with F&B software systems including POS and procurement systems
- Strong cost control and financial management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English language skills

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, coffee shop and in room dining operations including front of house and back of house coordination
- Run floor shifts and oversee opening closing and service procedures
- Recruit train and develop a high performing team of servers and support roles
- Maintain required management employee food and beverage certifications and permits
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork accountability and professional growth
- Provide operational oversight of the beverage program ensuring efficient execution adherence to service standards inventory management and coordination between front of house and beverage operations
- Manage and supervise restaurant managers providing ongoing coaching performance management training and accountability
- Maintain a guest first approach ensuring exceptional service and resolving guest concerns promptly
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback in person and online
- Collaborate with culinary marketing and social media teams to develop menus promotions and guest engagement initiatives
- Ensure all menus are correctly programmed into the POS including specialty menus for holidays and private events
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals mentorship revenue initiatives and performance expectations
- Monitor inventory labor costs and operational expenses implementing cost saving measures
- Analyze sales trends and industry insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgets forecasts and financial reports to achieve revenue and profitability goals
