The MEP Senior Project Manager position is an integral role within Suffolk's Mission Critical Center of Excellence, a division specializing in handling complex data center and mission-critical construction projects for top technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. The team focuses on delivering MEP-intensive projects that require detailed coordination and technical expertise. This role involves managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection project resources and documentation through every phase of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include selecting and managing MEP subcontractors, reviewing mechanical bid tabs and contracts, approving monthly requisitions and change orders, conducting site inspections to track project progress, and ensuring schedule updates. The MEP Senior Project Manager collaborates closely with BIM/VDC personnel, superintendents, and A/E teams to troubleshoot and resolve coordination challenges efficiently.
