This innovative brand combines CBRE’s extensive real estate scale with Industrious’ proven operating model to create exceptional workplace experiences. The company operates dedicated experience teams across diverse assets, including office buildings, enterprise headquarters, healthcare facilities, and logistics centers worldwide. This approach ensures that every location managed by Experience by Industrious feels inviting, functional, and aligned with the highest standards of hospitality and service. Part of CBRE’s global network, Experience by Industrious is backed by the expertise and resources of a Fortune 500 company committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. The global reach and solid foundation of CBRE empower Experience by Industrious to deliver consistent and exceptional workplace experiences that inspire and engage occupants on a daily basis.

The role of Senior Meeting & Events Manager at Experience by Industrious is a key leadership position that blends sales acumen with operational expertise in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is responsible for the commercial performance and operational success of a building’s bookable meeting and event spaces. From managing inbound inquiries to closing sales, developing outbound sales strategies, and delivering impeccable client service, the Senior Manager ensures that meeting and event spaces drive meaningful revenue while enhancing client satisfaction. This position acts as both a salesperson and an operator—ensuring bookings are not only secured but that every event runs smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, leasing, operations, and vendor teams to uphold standards that encourage client loyalty and repeat business.

Success in this role is measured by consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets, maintaining a robust and well-managed booking pipeline, increasing inbound inquiries, and enhancing the reputation of the event spaces. The Senior Meeting & Events Manager will also be responsible for detailed tracking and analysis of data through platforms like Tripleseat, ensuring a data-driven approach to managing client relationships and driving business growth. This role requires proactive communication, impeccable follow-through, and the ability to build enduring client relationships that go beyond transactional interactions.

Ideal candidates thrive in environments where they can both sell and deliver high-quality hospitality experiences. They are adept at multitasking under pressure, possess strong organizational skills, and maintain high standards for event presentation and execution. This role demands a hands-on leadership style, managing direct reports, cultivating a supportive team culture, and championing Industrious' service standards throughout the organization. The successful candidate will also demonstrate an ability to think strategically about marketing, client retention, and operational improvements that further enrich the customer experience.

This position is full-time and based in the office five days a week, with variable hours depending on conference and event schedules. Compensation for the Senior Meeting & Events Manager role ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with eligibility for discretionary performance bonuses. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Joining CBRE and Experience by Industrious means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to innovation, respect, integrity, and service excellence in the commercial real estate and hospitality industries.
