With a network encompassing over 9 million clients and nearly 20,000 financial advisors throughout the United States and Canada, Edward Jones remains privately owned, focusing steadfastly on client-centered service rather than shareholder profit. The company upholds a commitment to improving the lives of clients and associates alike by fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous innovation. Leadership at Edward Jones is dedicated to creating an environment where associates feel seen, heard, and valued, making the firm a sought-after place to start and build a career in financial services. Their purpose-driven mission is to cultivate a positive impact on communities and society as a whole through thoughtful partnerships and exemplary service.

The role of Senior Marketing Agency Manager at Edward Jones is a pivotal position that entails leading the strategic planning and flawless execution of experiential marketing events and client engagement programs. This role significantly strengthens the ties between Edward Jones Financial Advisors and their clients by delivering high-quality, compliant events that reflect the firm’s commitment to personalized, long-term client service. The Senior Marketing Agency Manager will serve as the key liaison between external marketing agencies and internal partners, ensuring that all programs meet strict regulatory standards and align with business objectives across various practice levels.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $101,700 to $173,200 and is designed for a seasoned marketing professional with a minimum of eight years of experience, particularly within regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or wealth management. The manager will oversee a substantial budget, directly influencing millions of dollars in marketing spend, and will orchestrate comprehensive campaign strategies that enhance client engagement and practice growth. Key responsibilities include supervising event operations from concept to post-event follow-up, analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics tools, and fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including brand management, compliance, analytics, and agency partners.

In addition to operational duties, this role requires a focus on innovation and the application of emerging marketing technologies and methodologies to maintain Edward Jones’ competitive edge. Regular travel is expected to support various business needs, with candidates near the Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO offices expected to work onsite for the majority of the workweek after June 1, 2026. Home-based working options remain negotiable depending on business and regulatory considerations. Edward Jones provides a robust benefits package featuring health insurance, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, retirement plans like 401(k), generous paid time off including holidays and volunteer days, bonuses, and a comprehensive employee assistance program. The environment at Edward Jones is inclusive and supportive, inviting candidates who embody strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and collaborative leadership to join a firm that values impact and innovation.
