Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years leading and holding external agencies accountable for marketing results
  • Experience managing large portfolios of events, sponsorships, hospitality, and experiential marketing activations
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellence in execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Residence within commutable distance to Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO preferred for onsite work

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience leading external agencies and managing large marketing portfolios
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong familiarity with marketing agency operations and accountability
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop plans aligned with business objectives
  • Detail-oriented with excellent execution skills
  • Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing events and client engagement programs
  • Manage external agencies and internal partners to deliver high-quality, compliant events and hospitality experiences
  • Oversee end-to-end event operations including concept development, logistics, onsite execution, and follow-up
  • Analyze event performance and provide insights to improve future programs
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing and branch objectives
