Genworth's corporate culture is guided by four core values: making it human by caring about people; making it about others by putting customers first and collaborating to drive progress; making it happen through intentional teamwork and shared purpose; and making it better by fostering continuous learning and growth. These values underpin every aspect of the company’s strategy, operations, and relationships.

The role of Senior Manager - Datacenter Operations - Storage, Backup and Recovery Platforms at Genworth offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate within a critical area of the company’s IT infrastructure. Moreover, this role requires fostering a high-performing and resilient team culture by mentoring technical staff and subordinate managers, encouraging continuous improvement, and maintaining up-to-date operational procedures. As part of a larger modernization journey, the Senior Manager will collaborate with senior IT leadership to integrate evolving data protection and storage strategies into enterprise-wide modernization roadmaps. This role is vital in shaping the reliability and security of Genworth’s critical data assets while supporting business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

In summary, this role is ideal for an experienced IT leader with a strong background in managing large scale storage and data protection operations within multi-site datacenter environments, who is passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence, and delivering secure, scalable data services.
