We are currently seeking a full-time Culinary Manager/Dietary Manager to join our committed team. This pivotal role is responsible for leading our culinary operations by ensuring that every meal served not only meets nutritional standards but also delights our residents. The Culinary Manager will lead menu planning that accommodates dietary restrictions and preferences, supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of food quality and safety, and foster a positive work environment rooted in integrity and a passion for food. This individual will play a crucial part in enhancing the dining experience, directly contributing to residents' daily satisfaction and overall quality of life. Job Requirements
