Job Requirements

  • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+lbs
  • Must be able to work 8+ hours a day on feet
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Must be validated on all savory team stations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and teach others
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Maintains the flow of service under company standards regarding ticket times, food quality, plating specs, and guest modifications
  • Ensures all orders are to guest satisfaction within company standards
  • Ensures all orders are visually appealing
  • Completes daily safety and sanitation checks using company tools and systems
  • Communicates pertinent information to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately
  • Maintains good working relationships with other team members including managers and support team members and guests
  • Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Upholds safety and sanitation standards
  • Other duties as assigned
