The Senior Line Cook position at Sodexo, based in the British Airways Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), is a full-time role paying between $26 and $27 per hour. This role requires a dedicated culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Senior Line Cook, you will be an essential team member responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food selections in a variety of meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events or catering functions. Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events or catering
  • Follow complex recipes and product instructions
  • Produce small and large batches of products utilizing an advanced range of classical and contemporary cooking, serving and decorating techniques
  • Supervise, train and assign tasks to production staff
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other tasks as assigned that may vary depending on business needs and client requirements
