We are currently seeking a Senior Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Senior Line Cook plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, adhering to the standards and recipes established by the Executive Chef. This position requires a seasoned professional who is not only skilled in various cooking methods but is also passionate about delivering excellent dining experiences to every guest. As part of the kitchen team, the Senior Line Cook will demonstrate and promote THE RANCH's culture, maintain a positive workplace atmosphere, and communicate effectively with both managers and teammates.

The responsibilities of the Senior Line Cook include executing recipes precisely, preparing sauces from scratch, managing high-volume and high-pressure service periods efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The successful candidate must be adept at grilling, sautéing, and broiling, with a keen eye for detail and timing to ensure that each dish meets the restaurant's high standards. This role demands strong teamwork, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $26.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a $500 sign-on bonus is available upon completion of six months in the role as a gesture of appreciation for joining our successful team. Job Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience as a line cook in fine dining or equivalent experience
  • Up to date sanitation classes
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong grill, sauté, broiler skills
  • Knowledge of sauce preparation from scratch
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
