The Senior Human Resources Manager role at Uline’s Texas branch in Irving, TX, offers a hands-on leadership opportunity to oversee HR operations for over 700 employees. This position is critical to maintaining and enhancing the company’s workforce by building talent pipelines, recruiting high-quality candidates, and fostering an exceptional work environment. Salaries range from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, reflecting the significant responsibility and expertise expected in this role. The Senior HR Manager will lead recruiting efforts across warehouse, facilities, and office positions while partnering with leaders to meet hiring objectives and support business growth. In addition, the role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for leadership and key positions.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources business or related field
  • 10 plus years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth shift or warehouse settings
  • 5 plus years of management experience
  • Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws
  • Travel for initial training at Uline’s North American locations
