We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team at our Las Vegas property. This full-time role commands an annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $87,500, commensurate with experience and expertise. The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will oversee operations primarily for two outlets, Hard Shake and Peacock Alley, while supporting other outlets as needed. The position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and involves managing a team that includes one Beverage Manager, one Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, and approximately 40 hourly team members.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the Waldorf Astoria’s reputation for impeccable food and beverage service standards. They will be responsible for directing and organizing all food and beverage activities to ensure a high-quality guest experience, optimizing profit margins through effective cost control and operations management. Key responsibilities include planning and administrating department functions to meet operational needs, managing food, beverage, and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

This leadership role demands a candidate with 2-4 years of food and beverage management experience, particularly someone who has proven success in managing multi-outlet operations and leading managerial staff. Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with prior experience managing unionized teams will find their skills highly valued in this role.
