The Senior Food & Beverage Program Manager at Parker's Kitchen plays a pivotal role in steering all facets of the food and beverage operations. This full-time position is designed for an experienced professional who excels in both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership. The role involves managing training and execution of enablement programs, spearheading projects around store technology implementation including customer touch screens and smart kitchen systems, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality assurance. Innovation is at the heart of this role, with responsibilities extending to driving new culinary offerings and refining existing menus to stay ahead in a competitive market.
This position requires a dynamic leader capable of managing complex relationships with internal teams and external partners, including vendor relationships, purchase negotiations, and collaborative efforts with marketing, accounting, and operations units. The Senior Food & Beverage Program Manager is also responsible for tracking and analyzing cost structures, managing rebates in partnership with finance teams, and leading product launches that align with Parker’s Kitchen’s strategic vision. Furthermore, they oversee performance metrics and key performance indicators, fostering a culture of operational excellence, efficiency, innovation, and financial success within the food service team.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years prior management experience in a multi-unit food service operation or equivalent
- must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- must maintain current Manager Food Safety Certification from ANSI accredited program
- knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for food service operations
- substantial experience in design, construction, and opening of new food concepts
- extensive expertise in formulating, implementing, and executing business plans

Job Duties
- Track and analyze costs for food and beverage category
- partner with Pricebook and Accounting to manage rebates
- lead all product launches
- partner with marketing for online ordering menu management
- manage Dispensed Beverage Program and Partnerships
- develop and lead a world-class Food Service Team
- manage key performance indicators and metrics, drive improvement initiatives, and encourage a culture of excellence, efficiency, innovation, and achievement of financial results
