Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with 10+ years of industry and culinary management experience
- ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service
- knowledge and previous experience with safety and food safety
- ability to control cost - food and labor
- experience in demonstration cooking
- menu writing and development ability
- computer literacy including word processing and presentation software
- personnel development and culinary leadership experience
- multi-unit P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable
- working in a Union environment is desirable
