Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with 10+ years of industry and culinary management experience
  • ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service
  • knowledge and previous experience with safety and food safety
  • ability to control cost - food and labor
  • experience in demonstration cooking
  • menu writing and development ability
  • computer literacy including word processing and presentation software
  • personnel development and culinary leadership experience
  • multi-unit P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable
  • working in a Union environment is desirable
