Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree
  • 10+ years of industry and culinary management experience
  • ability to manage diverse culinary staff
  • knowledge of safety and food safety protocols
  • cost control proficiency in food and labor management
  • experience in menu writing, development, and demonstration cooking
  • computer literacy
  • personnel development and leadership skills
  • familiarity with multi-unit P&L accountability and contract-managed services
  • Union environment experience desirable
