Job Duties
- oversee and support six hospitals
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting
- provide district support
- conduct training and develop staff
- manage catering services
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards compliance
- maintain working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
