The Executive Chef at Constellation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of culinary production to ensure top-quality standards and efficient practices. Key responsibilities include supervising meal preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, managing purchasing and food specifications, and developing standardized recipes to meet food quality and budget goals. A successful candidate will bring at least three years of progressive culinary experience alongside proficiency in using Microsoft software and experience interpreting budget statements.
