Job Duties
- Coordinate the maintenance and engineering groups to maximize production
- Review and analyze production, quality, and maintenance procedures and processes to determine causes of product non-conformity and other production problems and provide solutions
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the quality of the products by eliminating mechanical operating problems
- Manage capital and expense projects to meet scope, budget and timeline as defined
- Provide directions to engineering and maintenance personnel to modify machines and equipment to improve production
- Plan and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs, outages to support production schedule
