The Senior Cook position at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals eager to contribute to a well-respected foodservice team. This full-time role, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, is tailored for candidates with prior cooking experience who thrive in structured, high-quality food preparation environments. Job Duties

  • prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
  • operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use

  • follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
  • comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations
  • assist Food Service Director in maintaining production records, documentation, and reports
  • assist in cross-training employees
  • perform other duties as assigned
