The Senior Cook position at Eurest, located at Charles Schwab in Phoenix, AZ, is a full-time role that offers a fixed pay rate of $22.00 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm. This role demands a culinary professional with at least three years of cooking experience who is capable of working independently and leading a cooking station. Job Duties
- prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
- oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
- operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use
- perform scheduled routine cleaning
- store, label and date food items according to policy
- maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products
- follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations
- assist Food Service Director in maintaining production records and completing reports
- assist in cross training of employees
- perform other duties as assigned
