The Senior Cook position at Morrison Healthcare, located at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC, is a full-time role offering a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. This position requires at least two years of cooking, kitchen, and leadership experience. The Senior Cook's primary responsibility is to prepare nutritious and flavorful food in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards and regulations. The role is integral in overseeing cooking activities, maintaining food safety standards through HACCP guidelines, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients. The Senior Cook will also assist the Food Service Director with production records, employee training, and upholding sanitation procedures to deliver excellent foodservice operations.
