Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
- OR high school diploma/GED with at least 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Desire to build relationships and deliver results
- Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities
- Collaborative mindset to work across teams

- Manage client and policy data accuracy using Gallagher’s systems
