Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
  • OR high school diploma/GED with at least 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Desire to build relationships and deliver results
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset to work across teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience

Job Duties

  • Lead the renewal process and strategy for complex accounts by compiling client information and needs analysis
  • Identify coverage gaps, review claims, secure existing business, and promote additional services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through responsive customer service
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams on client risk management needs
  • Mentor team members through delegation, feedback, and professional development
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure regulatory adherence and service excellence
  • Manage client and policy data accuracy using Gallagher’s systems
  • Utilize technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations
