The Senior Client Service Manager position at Gallagher's Commercial team is a senior leadership role that involves delivering exceptional service and developing innovative insurance solutions tailored to complex client needs. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years client service and/or claims management experience
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic guidance to the team on client risk management through consultative and innovative strategies
  • Mentor team members by delegating tasks, offering transparent feedback, and fostering continuous learning and development
  • Conduct regular compliance audits to maintain service standards and regulatory adherence
  • Oversee accurate client and policy data management utilizing Gallagher’s systems
  • Utilize Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively to ensure timely completion and exceed client expectations
