The Campus Executive Chef position at Brooksby Village is a pivotal multi-unit leadership role dedicated to overseeing the culinary operations across various dining venues within the campus. The successful candidate will lead the culinary team by exemplifying the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. This leadership position is responsible not only for managing daily kitchen operations but also for fostering staff development through training, mentorship, and continuous support. The Campus Executive Chef will collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to ensure the execution of innovative culinary programs that elevate the dining experience for residents and guests alike. A hands-on approach is essential, requiring active involvement in kitchen activities, menu development, and quality control. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years experience in executive-level culinary management
