Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience
- Experience working in high-volume banquet operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor culinary teams
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborative and relationship-building mindset
- Availability to work flexible shifts and schedules
Job Qualifications
- Culinary management experience in high-volume banquet operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with menu development and food quality control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage large-scale food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Background in hotels or upscale dining preferred
Job Duties
- Manage and participate in daily banquet culinary operations
- Visually inspect and select quality food and beverage products
- Analyze Banquet Event Orders to plan and coordinate client functions
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Develop team member performance through supervision and professional development
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Assist in the creation and planning of menus
