The role of Senior Banquet Chef at Hilton Anatole is an integral position within the culinary team, designed for a seasoned culinary professional to assist the Executive Banquet Chef in overseeing banquet culinary operations. This role involves managing a team of over 50 culinary staff members to ensure the production and presentation of food meet the highest quality standards and guest expectations. Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of culinary management experience
- Experience working in high-volume banquet operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor culinary teams
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Availability to work flexible shifts and schedules

Job Duties
- Manage and participate in daily banquet culinary operations

- Analyze Banquet Event Orders to plan and coordinate client functions
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Develop team member performance through supervision and professional development
- Recruit, interview and train team members
- Assist in the creation and planning of menus
