We are currently seeking a Senior Associate in Performance Marketing to join an energetic and dynamic team focused on enhancing customer engagement and delivering measurable marketing results. This is a temporary on-site position lasting between 10 and 26 weeks, designed for experienced marketing professionals eager to contribute to high-profile projects within the Chase Travel Marketing portfolio. In this role, the Senior Associate will spearhead the development and execution of annual promotions strategies, working closely with cross-functional partners including finance, data analytics, and marketing teams. A key focus of the position involves performance tracking and reporting, crafting compelling narratives that translate campaign data into strategic business insights. The role also demands expertise in defining and coordinating testing initiatives to optimize campaign effectiveness through informed experimentation.

In addition to leading ad hoc analytics projects from initial strategy development to delivering executive-ready insights, the Senior Associate will be instrumental in shaping marketing plans for email and owned web channels. These plans will incorporate segmentation and targeted testing to continually drive enhanced campaign performance. Candidates will bring over five years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, growth marketing, or marketing analytics, and a proven record of building comprehensive strategic roadmaps and executing omni-channel campaigns with measurable results.

The successful candidate must be adept at data analysis and storytelling, capable of producing presentations that resonate at the executive level. Managing complex, cross-functional workstreams, timelines, and approvals is a critical component of this role, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with promotions, experimentation, audience segmentation, and performance reporting is essential, with additional knowledge of travel or financial services sectors considered a plus. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing business administration or related field
