The Senior Assistant Manager position at Chuck E. Cheese offers a dynamic role for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams to operational excellence. The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $17.27 to $19.19 and includes commission opportunities based on sales of memberships and fun passes. The role is designed for both exempt and non-exempt employees, with commission incentives structured to reward those driving sales success. Chuck E. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at legal age for alcohol-related duties)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of management experience preferably in food service industry or proven track record as CEC Assistant Manager
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- Willingness to work in environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of two years previous management experience, preferably in food service industry or proven track record as CEC Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of cost control and financial management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Commitment to company values of ethics, integrity, and diversity
Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold product quality, cleanliness and company standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and communicating company and guest expectations to the team
- Coach, teach and motivate team members to maintain high quality guest service and safety
- Exercise good business judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Foster an inclusive and positive work environment
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
