Moreover, you will strategically schedule staff shifts to optimize customer service levels, coach your management team on the highest standards of service (known as CHAMPS standards), and lead product rollout meetings to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.

Financial oversight is a vital part of your responsibilities. You will analyze the restaurant's financial performance, manage budgets, and devise strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Staying aware of competitors' offerings, including their digital presence and customer loyalty programs, will help you lead the restaurant to exceed industry standards continuously. This role demands a strong commitment to excellence, adaptability to change, and adherence to corporate policies, health, and food safety standards.

Working 50 hours per week, you will be at the core of creating a vibrant, optimistic, and rewarding workplace culture.
