The firm is currently seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager who possesses at least 10 years of experience, primarily dedicated to hotel and hospitality projects. The Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the design and technical execution phases of hospitality projects from initial concept through to final construction and completion. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to planning, designing, and coordinating hospitality environments such as hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, and related projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, leading quality control reviews, and assisting in presentations and client meetings. The position requires knowledge of hospitality brand standards, sustainable design principles, and innovative material technologies. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager will drive design solutions that reflect cutting-edge trends and meet rigorous brand requirements. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited university
  • licensure for architect II position
  • not required for project manager II position
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • preference given to those with experience in hospitality or commercial projects
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other modeling tools

Job Duties

  • support all phases of hospitality projects from concept through construction
  • assist in planning and design of hospitality environments including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments
  • prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • participate in client meetings and assist in presenting design concepts
  • apply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologies
  • perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of documents
  • assist with coordination between architectural and consultant disciplines
