Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event planning or travel coordination preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups
- familiarity with school policies and safety regulations
- proficiency in using travel booking software and office applications
- flexibility to work outside regular hours during trips and events

Job Duties
- Plan and organize travel arrangements for students and staff
- coordinate transportation, accommodations, and activities for school trips and outings
- ensure compliance with school policies and regulations

- collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for travel services
- communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding trip logistics and important information
- assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- provide support and guidance to staff and students during travel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
