We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized School Travel Coordinator to join our team. This role is fundamental in planning and managing travel arrangements for both students and staff, ensuring every trip runs smoothly and safely. The School Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transportation, accommodations, and scheduled activities for various school trips and outings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders including parents, vendors, staff, and students. The coordinator will ensure that all trips are compliant with school policies and relevant regulations, maintaining thorough records of itineraries and participant information. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best rates while upholding quality standards. A vital part of the role includes developing and implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures to safeguard all participants. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing support and guidance during travel, fostering an enjoyable and educational experience for all involved. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
