The company is currently hiring a Full-Time Site Supervisor position based in Dallas, Texas. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of a contract site, overseeing operations, personnel management, and maintaining security and safety standards aligned with the company's objectives. The Site Supervisor position offers a competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour, with pay processed on a weekly basis. Job Requirements
- 2 years+ of supervisor experience
- 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- must be flexible with hours
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form
- mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility
- exceptional report writing skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- 2 or more years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- strong report writing abilities
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written form
Job Duties
- Manage daily functioning of the contract site including operations
- oversee personnel management and scheduling
- ensure security and safety compliance in accordance with company standards
- deliver excellent customer service to clients
