Job Requirements

  • No prior customer service experience required
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Must be able to remain alert and vigilant
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and complete training
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in receptionist, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises actively
  • Control access and enforce regulations pertaining to personnel, visitors, and client site areas
  • Provide customer service and information to clients, visitors, and employees
  • Preserve order and uphold site-specific directives
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Report and document incidents or irregularities promptly
  • Perform administrative tasks related to reception and security operations
