The Surveillance Security Officer position at GardaWorld Security Services presents an engaging and critical role within security operations. Based at the Riverside, CA location, this role requires a vigilant and sharp-eyed individual to monitor multiple security screens, ensuring the detection of any suspicious activity before it escalates. The officer will be responsible for maintaining safety at various sites including security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. Scheduled for 40 hours a week from Wednesday to Sunday, the work shift runs from 12:30 PM to 9 PM. Along with a competitive hourly wage of $19.50, the role offers access to DailyPay, enabling employees to access earned wages promptly.

This role is integral to the security team's success, requiring the Surveillance Security Officer to document all observed incidents meticulously, conduct routine patrols, control access to restricted areas, and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary. Additionally, the role demands sharp visual acuity, strong concentration, and proficiency in technology to effectively monitor and analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions. Qualifications such as a high school diploma or GED, work authorization in the U.S., and the ability to successfully pass a comprehensive screening process are essential. Preferred candidates will have a security license (BSIS Guard Card), 32 hours of BSIS security training, and experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
