The role of Surveillance Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services is an essential position focused on vigilant monitoring and proactive threat detection. This role involves meticulous observation of multiple security screens to identify suspicious activities before they escalate, ensuring the safety of designated environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The ideal candidate must possess strong observation skills and an acute attention to detail to effectively safeguard individuals and property. The role offers a set schedule from Friday to Sunday, 3 pm to 11 pm, and Monday to Tuesday, 11 pm to 7 am, based at the site location in Windsor Locks, CT.

The Surveillance Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, documenting observed events with precise and detailed reporting, and responding promptly to any incidents or potential threats. This position also requires conducting regular patrols, controlling access to secure areas, verifying visitor identities, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. It is a role that demands a strong proficiency in technology and the ability to analyze security systems to detect vulnerabilities.
