This role uniquely combines the responsibilities of a seasoned security professional with the finesse of a luxury brand ambassador. The Security Concierge/Lead is entrusted with maintaining a secure, well-regulated environment where guests immediately feel both welcome and protected. Reporting directly to the Retail Supervisor, the ideal candidate must adeptly balance hospitality with assertiveness, creating a seamless guest experience without compromising safety. This person will be responsible for projecting a polished, professional demeanor that enhances the client’s image while serving as a visible deterrent to any potential risks.\n\nThe role demands a highly observant individual who demonstrates a strong security mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to de-escalate situations calmly and effectively. The Security Concierge/Lead will engage guests with a courteous and confident manner, controlling access rigorously and collaborating closely with both store leadership and the SIS security team to uphold the highest safety standards. Candidates must show flexibility in scheduling, a commitment to completing state Guard Certification, as well as other necessary client-requested certifications. This position offers a competitive rate of $29.00 per hour along with paid time off, including sick and safe time, within a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
