The role offered is for a Security Concierge to work overnight shifts at the front desk, playing a crucial part in securing the residential property during late hours. This position is designed for individuals who are reliable, professional, and have a strong focus on customer service. The Security Concierge will be a frontline protector of the community’s safety, tasked with monitoring who enters and exits the property and ensuring all visitors comply with community guidelines. This role also involves a proactive approach to spotting and addressing any security threats or safety incidents, assisting residents with inquiries, and keeping detailed records of daily activities and any irregular occurrences.

Working hours for this position are scheduled from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, totaling approximately 16 hours weekly. The candidate must be able to maintain alertness during overnight shifts while providing courteous and professional service. The position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising on the quality of service. Familiarity with security technology such as surveillance cameras and building access control systems is essential to effectively monitor the property.
