Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience as a server in a high-volume upscale dining or banquet setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Knowledge of proper food service techniques and etiquette
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid food handler's certification

Job Duties
- Assist in the setup of banquet rooms including table arrangements place settings and decorations according to event specifications
- Attend pre-event meetings to review event details guest requirements and service expectations
- Greet guests and guide them to their designated tables or seating areas
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally adhering to the established service standards and event timelines
- Anticipate and respond to member needs ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including promptly clearing tables and replenishing service items as needed
