Job Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
Must have full open availability from March through September 2025

Job Duties

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including refilling water glasses and bread baskets
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events and functions
