The role of Seasonal Server at Fisherman’s Restaurant & Bar is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This is a seasonal, in-person position paying from $21.30 per hour, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and take pride in delivering attentive and friendly service. As a Server, you will be the face of the dining experience, directly interacting with guests from the moment they enter until their departure. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery of meals and drinks. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell specials and beverages naturally and enthusiastically, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Additionally, you will be tasked with managing guest concerns with professionalism and calmness, escalating issues to management as necessary to maintain a smooth service flow. Maintaining cleanliness and order at your tables, accurately processing payments, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff are crucial components of the role.
