Job Requirements
- Valid food handler's card required within 30 days or per local regulations
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Preferred prior experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and offer samples confidently
- Must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work a minimum of three shifts weekly with two closing shifts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid food handler's card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in food service, fast-casual dining, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to learn and discuss ice cream flavors and products
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to work well with diverse individuals
- Team-oriented with cooperative skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work at least three shifts per week including two closing shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding guests on flavor tastings and making recommendations
- Scoop and serve ice cream according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support opening and closing duties including stock management
