The position is within the Operations department and reports directly to the General Manager at the theater location. Job Duties

  • Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
  • Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
  • Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings
  • Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
  • Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
  • Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
  • Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise
  • Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to other duties
  • Acknowledge guests by Cinepolis standards
  • Attend and participate in trainings and meetings
