Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
- one year of leadership experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- ServSafe Allergen Certification preferred

Job Duties
- Interact comfortably with a diverse population of guests and kitchen employees to provide outstanding service
- utilize safe food handling techniques and proper PPE at all times
- prepare food items according to established recipes and menus ensuring freshness and quality
- time food production to ensure readiness at service time
- store food items according to established standards with proper labeling and dating
- use batch cooking techniques to avoid over or under production
- maintain production records and logs with Chef Manager
- assist in training new and existing employees
- know menu items including allergens and flavor profiles
- review menu screens and signage prior to service
- open and/or close the kitchen when required
- communicate food production and equipment concerns promptly to supervisor
- perform other duties as assigned
