This opportunity is for Pastry Interns who are eager to embark on a culinary internship at one of the top clubs nationally. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.75 and includes numerous benefits such as free meals during shifts, free parking, work uniforms, access to employee golf on most Mondays, employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and a MARTA discount. The schedule varies from Tuesday to Sunday, catering to an engaging, hands-on experience in the club’s pastry department. Interns work closely with the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef to assess daily bakery needs, produce pastries and breads at an a la carte station, maintain ingredient inventory ensuring freshness, and manage the overall cleanliness and readiness of their stations throughout the shift. This internship is designed to cultivate skills, creativity, and professional growth in the pastry arts ensuring that interns not only learn but master the craft of creating exquisite pastries, bread, and desserts that delight the club’s members. Job Requirements

  • Currently completing college education in the culinary field preferably pastry
  • Sound understanding of sanitation practices
  • ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
