The Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician position at Encore is a full-time seasonal role with an anticipated conclusion date in May 2027. Responsibilities include engaging with clients onsite before and during events to guarantee all audiovisual equipment is functioning appropriately and any technical challenges are promptly addressed. The technician’s duties also encompass equipment troubleshooting, problem-solving, revenue enhancement through upselling techniques, and accurate order processing and invoicing in company systems. Beyond technical expertise, the role demands excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships and deliver a superior hospitality experience.
